River Nile Linens, the brand and its website is 100% New Zealand owned. All transactions on www.rivernilelinens.co.nz will be billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

ORDERS

All items are available for purchase within New Zealand. For more information on delivery times and charges, go to Delivery section of the Terms and Conditions.

ORDER PROCESS

An offer to purchase our stock is made when you place your order for our products. As you go through the order process there are also a series of instructions. We will not be bound however unless and until we accept your offer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay for your order securely online by Visa, Mastercard or Afterpay. Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.
We will send you an email to acknowledge your order providing you have entered a valid email address). This is an order acceptance, and the creation of the contract between you and us that will take place on the dispatch to you by us, of the goods and order invoice.

DELIVERY & FREIGHT

Orders will be despatched within three (3) working days of confirming your purchase for delivery within New Zealand, unless we contact you otherwise. Once the item(s) leave our premises, respective courier terms and conditions apply.

Freight charges to addresses within New Zealand. Orders up to $300 – $15 freight NZ Wide Orders up to $500 – $20 freight NZ Wide Orders up to $1000 – $25 freight NZ Wide Orders over $1000 – $30 freight NZ Wide

All deliveries will come in our standard packaging.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all sales are final unless the goods purchased are faulty. Please note that we do not accept returned goods for a refund for change of mind. As per New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantee Act 1993, you will be entitled to the repair, replacement, and (if the item cannot be repaired or replaced) a refund, in this order. Contact must be made within a reasonable timeframe of 21 days after the purchase date. All sale and reduced items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

SALES & PROMOTIONS

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period or at the discretion of the seller. Sales & Promotions will not be used in conjunction with any other Sale or Promotion unless otherwise stated. Promotional Codes will only be applied to full-price items and will not be applicable in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified. Promotional codes are for River Nile Linens distribution only and unauthorised sharing is prohibited. All promotional codes are only valid for the time period stated. Any discounts from promotional codes can only be applied at the time of purchase and will not be valid for redemption once the purchase has been made. We cannot disclose sales before they go live, and therefore cannot apply a discount code to an existing order before the sale period started. We cannot provide a refund or store credit for the difference in a product if it changes in price from when it was purchased. Products excluded from Sales and Promotions may include but are not limited to Gift Vouchers, New Season Products, Towel Bundle sets, Sheet Bundle sets and already reduced items. Please note, sale and/or promotional items are priced for our website only. River Nile Linen retail store may have different prices which cannot be changed to reflect the online price in-store.
